A walk from Västra bodarna to Alingsås
Gotaleden is a walking trail that runs between Gothenburg and Alingsås. This walking tour can start either in Alingsås where we together take the commuting train to Västra bodarna. Or we meet each other at Västra bodarna station. Our walk will from here take us along small country roads, through the forest, along the lake Mjörn and finally through the Nolhaga park to the city center of Alingsås.
The walk is not too demanding and we will make several photo stops and for experiencing nature on the way. Time for a coffee break is also included in the tour.
We will walk through the Nolhaga park with it’s mansion building; the Nolhaga castle. The park is in English style and you will be given a short introduction to the history of the park and the castle. The tour ends in Alingsås city center.
The tour is about 10 km long and takes around four to five hours to walk including time for a coffee break.

The price does not include train ticekts or drink and food, but this can be ordered seperately.
